Really, Lottie. And she hasn't said a word. Tell her to boil chopped garlic, take the pot off the heat, put a towel over her head and breathe in the steam. A doctor recommended it to me and it worked like a charm.

Mas: Don't know all the conversation about your son's 14th birthday, just tuning in, but what I can say is this. You did what you could afford, and that is just great. We had a few years of bad times re, $. My kids now all tease me about that time. But it made them better kids because of it. You did what you could afford, I respect you for it. Your 14 year old will turn out just great, probably tease you about it in later years, but you did the right thing.

Mama -- the only thing worse than that is when I forget that I have a load of wash in the machine in the public washroom in the apt complex and I want to go to bedm but have to wait the hour and a half that the dryer takes to dry the load (usually happens at 1:30 in the AM)

GW: Hmm, you haven't had contact with your mom since before the holidays? Our daughter calls us everyday except on weekends, she has a lot of friends. Our son calls once, maybe twice a week.
