I always do my big roasts that way. Wrap in foil and cook all night on 225 degrees. Done when I get up. Easy fix.

Morning Haz. Recipe simple, just take a 3 or 4 pound frozen roast, sprinkle with herb & garlic pepper and 1/2 pkg.Lipton onion soup mix(if desired), wrap in heavy duty foil, place in baking dish and put in oven around 9 before you go to bed, at 225 degrees F. In the morning, voila, meat for lunch is ready.
