Of course, the fact that we go elsewhere for both seders makes it easy, th i miss doing one at home. Still, the one i go to is at a best friends, we've done seders together for 28 years now, from back when we ere both single. The youngest kid at this one was 11, and our own kids are 15 and up.

ARB, if you Google "chocolate olive oil mousse" the NYT recipe will show up. it's some potchkeying, but worth it. i'm not a big fan of most passover desserts, but ths and meringues i like. to say nothing of just munching on bittersweet chocolate. we like "matza coffee breakfast", too. crumble matzah, pour coffee milk & sugar over - eat!

these facts may be of interest to some of you: In the Midlde Ages people were not supposed to eat eggs during lent. The eggs were cooked to be preserved, and plant dyes added to the water, to distinguish cooked eggs from fresh ones. On Easter Day the eggs were then presented to the Children and parents invented stories, that they had been delivered by roosters, foxes, coockoos, and rabbits. After the 16th century the rabbits increasingly became the egg bringers. Probably cause they mulitplied so quickly.
