It is for a Lead Program Manager - overseeing 4 group homes here in SC - basically managing staff issues (8 at each home and 4 consumers at each home) making sure they are doing the activities, administering meds, the houses are up to code, staying within budget, not watching tv all day, etc and then quarterly i would do plans for all consumers to make them more independent.

I found something today: I was 20 minutes early to pick Walter up from school, and they had been diiging up the street a block away to do something or other with pipes.
