ridiculous... actually neither... mix 8 eggs, add to 8 ox beaten cream cheese, s, p, (i added nutmeg), parsley (i didn't have, added chives instead), then mix half of that mixture into 4 frozen defrosted, drained boxes of chopped frozen spinach. olive oil in a baking dish, spread the spinach, spread the other on top and bake.
