I remember when my childhood cat disappeared, she was gone for a week and then one day I heard this feint noise under the floor boards of my house. I crawled through the dirt under the house to find my cat shallowly breathing, obviously in pain.. took her to the vet and had to get her put down... so long Bonkey!

I had the most awesome din in Vegas, courtesy of my friends...my old boss and her hubby took me 8 years ago and invited me back again...we met up with her sis and bro-in-law from California in Vegas for a conference/convention...the bro in law "heard " about Wolfgang Puck's restaurant "Cut" and made the reservations without checking the prices....needless to say we didn't share a bottle of wine with din...the din for the five of us was roughly US $500 and worth every penny...and then they treated to the show "Penn and Teller"...what a day and night!

I'd been feeling so lost without my kids around (daughter at a music festival and son away on hol with his g/f). Got a new stepdaughter, but her Dad is so preoccupied with problems and changes at work he's not seeing either of us. I was feeling so alone.
