they 'know' for as far they understand how the brain works under stress. I have cptss and a damaged pelvic girdle. When I get too much stress (which happens too easily), the hormones in my brain start running riot and in combination with the other handicap, that sometimes leads to a kind of paralisation. My legs don't get the messages from the brain to make the right movements then. Not sure I explain this correctly.
