its just the dried macaroni noodles. you cook those like any other pasta. then youve got either a cheese sauce that you squeeze over the noodles (and the heat melts it to the right consistency) or else you get a powdered cheese that you mix with milk + butter.

hey -- kid just reminded me about the bees on the pavement at the meeting last week -- any entomologists around?

there were HUNDREDS of bees of at least four varieties on the red bricks under some sort of oak (spiky leaves, looked like the ones from back east) at the college on the warm days. It was like they were licking up sap? And getting royally drunk. At least some of them were literally on their backs.
