Well, the position is replaceable, but the parents that are attached to me will either follow me (many have stated so to me) or switch practices (many those with too long of a drive to my new practice have cried and said that they stay at the practice to see me only). Some parents that are following me will be driving 30-45 min and I feel so humbled that these parents WANT to follow me.
