mix your ground beef with a chopped onion, some ginger + some smashed up ginger cookies. brown those for about 5 minutes, flipping once.
meanwhile, mix up a sauce of 1 jar of gravy, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, brown sugar + more smashed ginger cookies.
pour the sauce over the browned burgers + finish cooking them, stirring the sauce allthewhile (about 10 min)
