That's the soap we use, SÃ©ain - we get the unscented baby soap in the massive gallon jug, and fill all our soap dispensers with it, adding our own precious oils to each - tea tree and peppermint in the kitchen, tea tree and lavender in the bathroom, usually.

In a typical soap dispenser, we put about 4 drops of each oil, except in the kitchen - I will put more of tea tree in that one, because I want stronger disinfection from it, after handling raw bones for the dogs' and cats' meals.

Justy -- you have to figure out WHY you smoke -- oral gratifiaction or something to do with your hands or what, and find a substitute. I used fake cigarettes called Paipo, from Japan -- now I see there are Nicorette ones (I think) -- for oral gratification

he's at that age where he should begin to learn how to get along or get around other kids..it's a process. doesn't happen overnight. i knew a kid at that age same problem with being targeted because of size...he will have to learn how to deal for sure, but surely some of the responsibility lies with the other kids. boys seem to take longer to get socialized in this dept. than girls...but they do get it. do you think he needs counselling?

well ... today i had a cortisone shot and filled a prescription for celebrex (naprosyn doesn't work for me). i'll have my orthotics rebuilt and go back for a check up when they come in and a couple of weeks after that. if no change, then more imaging (ct scan and bone scan) and perhaps surgery

This will be hard to believe, but I had the same foot condition--heel spurs, plantar fascitis (sp), so badly that I could barely walk. I had to stop eating sugar and grains (low-carb to control blood sugar) for another reason altogether, and when I did, all of the foot pain went away. Honestly.
