chop fine the following:

3 cloves garlic
2 green onions

cook 8 slices of bacon crisp,cool and crumble

pre cook rigatoni or penne noodles ahead of time aldente

in a deep fry pan in a small amount of butter cook garlic,onions and bacon bits for 3 minutes on med-high heat

add generous shot of high end high proof vodka and flamee for 10 seconds

put out flamee with 1/2 pint of 35% cream,reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes,add penne or rigatoni noodles and simmer for 5 more

garnish with basil and fresh cracked pepper and serve with salad

Listen, I understand... doctor's offices don't want to get stuck holding the bag... but insurance companies could make an exception here... then if you fail to show up for the 2nd and 3rd parts of injection... they can bill you.
