Easy fast here, too - partly bc I am dieting and only eating 1500 calories a day to start. Hydrated before, cool weather, and staying at shul to nap between services helped.

not, sorry to say. Dad recently dx-ed with Alzheimer's so my sis who is in town and I have lots to do. The volunteer opportunity I had now is only interested in under-45 - hmmph! otoh, I will be sending my son on Nesiya in the summer of 2010 as a HS graduation present. exactly. I'm beginning to see his incessant repetition of the "top 5" anecdotes about his life in a new light. I think he teels these stories in part to himself, to keep track of his self. One thing the dx does is to recast all the past hurts. We can chalk up his aggravating behaviors to the illlness, and our sometimes testy responses to our belief that he was still a rational being. All 5 of us sibs are pretty pulled together over this.
