way i do my omelettes is i take 3 eggs,let them warm up a tad on the counter,then really fluff them with a fork get lots of air whipped into it.pan has to me my mommas old cast iron pan.thing is 40 years old and nothing sticks to it.i add ad pat of real butter into the pan and when it is really sizzling ,i add my eggs.about 60 seconds before i flip it,ill add my maple cured ham bits,some finely diced green onion and about a hand full of delicious shaved 4 year old white cheddar.now i fold it over and cook till i see the cheese oozing out the sides and cook all golden to the side of the omelette.now to serve it up with a bit of fresh ground black pepper and a very light sprinkle of the coarse itallian sea salt i have..mmmm.. did i make you hungry??? lol

I want to put up my push lawn mower for the winter. Ran it today until all the gas was gone, washed it top and bottom until all the grass was gone...do I need to do anything else? Oil the blades? anti freeze? take out the spark plug or air filter? drain the oil? any and all advice welcome

The gas is the main thing .. Starting with fresh gas next season .. Maybe change the oil next spring if you want to be truly fastidious ..
