speaking of terrible stories, i just saw a video the other day of a hit-and-run that happened in 2008 in hartford. this car whacked a man in the road, i think he then was somewhat hit by another car. neither car stopped, other passing cars didn't stop, no pedestrians stopped - you can see them just walking on by.

I've moved back to this area..Central Falls is a mile square and used to be a pleasant little town but people started moving away and immigrants started moving in so many of the kids don't speak English, drugs are rampant and no one seems to care there are some really good teachers but they aren't getting any help
