I remember when I was 11 and in a gym demonstration at school -- my dad was in Hong Kong and my mother in Japan, making reservations for our trip to England before I turned 12 and doubled the fare -- she was due back that day and I was so anxious that she be there to see me succeed at a particularly difficult vault called the Short Fly. I asked other parents if they'd seen her and they said they were sure she'd be there. I did my best and made the vault just in case she was, but I think she hadn't been able to make it in time. She never let on. But I still remember every detail.

Rabbits do shed but I never see a pattern. Miss Bea always sheds and she has think, silky fur. Sebastian never seems to shed. Gandalf + Tucker do not shed much. Brush Cinnamon well everyday.

no budget was voted down, it's now in the city council, so probably cuts will be worse - there is a terrible groundswell of hate-filled attacks on administrators and supervisors, I guess they think we just sit around eating bonbons all day. When we all retire or positions are cut, they will understand what our work entails

my young lab is such an awesome dog, I have though about making her a therapy dog - but the requirements and training is incredible.
