I am just amazed that they have police coverage in a rural area on a Sunday. The police station where I used to live only opened 9 - 5.30 5 days a week and after that they had to come from miles away if there was a problem.

in a couple weeks the non-native blackberries will be ripe here. We'll get a couple gallons just from the vines along the driveway. We freeze a lot of those and use them for cooking in the winter.

if you do a sugar cookie, or a rolled cookie of some type, then you can pre-roll it, store the "log" in plastic wrap and just slice it when you are ready to bake, no rolling or mucking around with measuring the spoons out.

that depends on how you cool the food. there are excellent guidelines for people with normal immune systems online. for people undergoing chemo and with compromised immune systems reheating is not generally recommended.
