I don't really have a recipe for the tart, hpb. I believe it's just phyllo dough placed in a buttered tart pan. Thinly sliced (or smushed) plums mixed with a teensy bit of sugar and lemon jucice. Bake until the philo is lightly browned. Place dots of goat cheese atop the fruit, then return to oven until the goat cheese melts. Remove and cool. Drizzle with honey, slice and serve warm.
