ruru,was reading back.picking a home for your parent(s)is a hard go,you spend a hot of time to find a place where they dont just push their wheelchair in a corner and forget about them,if they are not well endowed you have to figure out their pension in combination with govt subsidies to get as close to the monthly home bill as you can,and sometimes sadly you have to sift through a lifetime of stuff and memories of a entire persons lifetime and ruthlessly cull it as a room in a home is much smaller than a house.if their mental capacity comes and goes,you may get derided and cursed for your choices even though it was done with love...not fun at all ruru
