I'll tell you the story about the worst cake i ever made. It was for the Babblers who came in August. I wanted a cake, Stidmama could eat, she has food allergies. I chose a cake that I've made many times but changed the cake flour to the non gluten variety and added the stuff that keeps it from getting crumbly (forget the name). Anyway, that cake had soooo much substance to it, it was like a chainsaw demonstration. Everyone was so polite, but honestly it was the worst cake I ever made and this is the first time, I've had the nerve to confess to this culinary disaster.
