umm....wellin university my best friend was arab jew....her mom taught me to cook their foods..later married..moved where i am now...took my girlguides to the mosque for a cultural awareness badge..got to know one of the ladies there ( she wear hijab all time ) and...she and i just ..wellu know when u meet someone and u just click..u laugh u giggle like little girls and just "know" eachother...?...she and i were like that..immediately

i have this old mason jar contraption i found at a flea market.it looks like a regular jar,but built into the lid is a old style hand cranked egg beater,so i just add a lint of 355 cream,a pinch of salt and crank that ole handle and before you know it...butter!
