She's okay, being treated for colitis to try to get her back to normal again.

My daughter a manager at KFC, I dropped her off one day and popped in for popcorn chicken for the youngest ( rare treat) one of the girls started shouting at me slowly. I have never seen my daughter move so fast in telling her off. Apparently had staff in eeting at end of shift with how to talk talk to a deaf person bless her

I learned conversational Sign (SEE), but since I didn't/don't know anyone who's deaf, I've lost a lot of it...wish it was more commonplace so more people understood it's not necessary to yell, etc...

bless her indeed! there are two of us at the bookstore who sign. and when our deaf customers come in everyone is always hollering for one of us to help them. We've both told the other workers that if they can't sign they can write their questions down on paper. sheesh, it's not like these customers can't read! doh

Apple Pecan Dessert Squares

Apple layer:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Â½ teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups chopped, peeled tart apples (about 2 medium)
1 egg, slightly beaten

Topping:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
Â½ cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons milk

Whipped cream for topping

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda.
With a pastry blender or fork, cut in 3/4 cup butter or margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in apples and egg. Press mixture firmly in pan. Bake 25 30 minutes, or until puffed in center.

While this is baking, combine all topping ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan. Cook over medium

I de4/6 it necessary to do a story of clues so here it is.The th5/14 for th4/5 story is Th6/33giving On the ea4/7 of Th6/33giving I'm always cleaning my house getting ready for guests.My husband gives me a ha 4/6 by getting the food ready. It's very ha 5/18 to ha4/8 a hubby who cooks.I wish I could ve4/7 the holiday and he 5/18 it out the window because it's so much work to do! All of the preparation hi4/5 me like a tone of bricks.Wish I could bury my he4/6 in the sa 4/5 for the day.I am always sh4/5 the next day. We spend this entire weekend at the Cape with my entire extended family. Hanukkah starts Weds. December 1st. Our family Hanukkah party is at our house Saturday, December 4th. The following weekend, December 12th is my older daughter's birthday party. Then we are done except for the skiing every weekend all winter long. I'm tired thinking of it.
