I work at a 24 hour facility that has to maintain coverage. Our employees are always torn when the weather turns. If the state calls an inclement weather day, that excludes us. my dad is doing well. he woke up and got off the vent at the end of last week. he got to sit up on sunday, which he felt was a big improvement. he also got a popsicle. yesterday he got MORE popsicles and i think a little ice cream. every day he can move a bit more. don't know how long before he can go from ICU to regular room.
