yes, the dog-owner was found guilty and was fined 450 euros, the dog was not put down, husband was awarded half what the lawyer asked for but we haven't seen a penny in the 2 months. its great - its a cliche but i love the weather and its affects. i had a very interesting conversation with an old chap when i was first in the job about when salmon spawn well and from his records and his fathers records they found a difference in number at century end and mid century and this lead to a study which give an idea that the change in sea temp might have an affect
