we have been having all sorts of facilities drama with the HS swim team -- the managers of the facilities have not been faithful in heating the different pools and such. at one of the meets last week, the water was -- no lie -- 45 degrees! Swimmers were CRYING during their races,and the coaches were LIVID. The towns pay to use these facilities, and this is just unacceptable!

In that time I've worked as a charge nurse in Newborn nursery; helped set up the first NICU in a hospital, worked as a county health nurse, doing home visits and school visits, ran immunization clinics, etc. I spent 34 years working ICU (most of that in CV-ICU) and was a CCRN (board certified in critical care nursing) for 25 years of that time; and am now running a prenatal clinic. In all of that time I only hated one job: triage nursing for an insurance company (I only did it for 10 months)
