I'm perturbed about a "scene" I had with a girl who comes in the library where I work - she's about 12, and tried to sneak out with a whole pile of books, and some under her coat, and called me names when I made her give them up... lied even though it was obvious... wish I knew what to do about her, she's a big problem everywhere she goes.
