Here is the Coke/beef crock pot recipe. It's hard to find the envelopes of dried spaghetti sauce mix. I use the McCormick dried Italian chicken seasoning

2 - 4 pounds of chuck roast or beef brisket
1 cup chopped celery
1 package of Lipton's Beef Onion Soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoons of paprika
1/2 cup ketchup
1 package of spaghetti sauce mix
1 cup Coke (don't use an impersonater)

Sear the meat in oil for a few minutes on each side.
While that commences, mix up all the rest of the stuff in a crock pot.
Put the seared meat in the crock pot.
Turn it once so both sides get the juice.
Cook it until it's falling apart.
Turn every hour or so.

Hubby is a sn4/4 when it comes to Babble. He gives me a sn5/10y attitude every time I babble and it really te4/4s my patience. He has tried to de 6/24 me from babbling. If I have to endu4/6 his addiction,then he has to the same for me.In fact, he plays Farmville more th4/5 I play Babble. He spend to 4/4 of time on his farm. Once hubby is on Farmville, I can't st 5/10 his attention away from it.Who is he to make such ru4/6 comments about my addiction? Our addictions is the ro4/4 of a majority of our problems Sometimes I believe I should throw this computer out into the st 5/10. Cr4/7! Hubby wants the computer.
