It's worked well for me, anyway. Dh is amazed. Tonge feels a little odd in the morning but it goes away quickly. Slight issue with drooling but worth it for the snoring. Hope it works for you guys too :)

lilli: use a bar of any non-oily bath soap you like. Grate it up with a hand grater or food processor. add 1 cup each baking soda, washing soda and borax. stir to combine. use 2 TBS per load. If clothing is greasy, add 2 TBS Dawn dishwashing liquid to the load. this cleans great, but will not make suds.
