no one of the conditions of taking my pension before i am 60 is losing about 5% for every year off 60 I am do ay your pension was Â£10k a year you would only get Â£6.5k but the big advantage of all of this is the fact that I will still be get 75% of my salary plus my pension and a lump sum and the lump sum starts to accrue again until i acutally retire. The only conditions are that the new salary and pension cannot be more than you earn now so I will have to lose a little bit of pension

My Surgery went really well. there was a rather big tear in the labrum, so what was to be a 1.5 hr thing turned into 3, but...the one part of my body that has been aching for 8 months feels magically better!

Yes, they cut the bone off where it was malformed and sewed up the torn cartilidge. Seems like such a small thing....but no weight bearing for 2 weeks. at least they didnt have to drill holes.
