Regarding bamboo--some varieties are a lot harder than others. Cheaper varieties can get damaged from dropping stuff on them. Ask about the hardness factor of any you look into.

If you decide to go with some kind of tiling in the kitchen, there are some really inexpensive porcelain tiles that look a lot like natural stone. We just put some in a bathroom remodel and it looks great, at a cost of under a dollar a square foot compared with 6-10 dollars a square foot for stone tiling.

That might be a reason to pick something different in the kitchen and dining room. You could splurge on a more expensive wood floor in the dining room and go with porcelain stone-look tile in the kitchen and reduce your total per square foot price to a point that the insurance company will pay.

I just checked our master contract fo rthe bath remodel--the heated part of the heated floor added 300 dollars to the total cost of the project. But that includes the full bathroom area and an adjacent walkin closet and dressing room area. So not too bad, though not as inexpensive as I was remembering.

It was especially interesting because of our Allison,... she is now 25, but did get a diagnosis finally at age 15. I call her my walking encyclopedia... she NEVER forgets a thing that she has read or seen, but she cannot solve the unknown... math was hard for her in school, but she excelled in history, geography and language arts.

Unfortunately, some of these people fall between the cracks in our education system. She is not high enough IQ for any post secondary schools, but too smart to qualify for other training.... e.g. if she was Down syndrome, she'd be educated to the hilt for nothing...

I have finished the grid to5/16. I have zero words le 4/7. I have a to 5/10 of 1484 points so I will write a ta4/4 as I aw5/18 for people to ask for clues.Wasn't aw 5/18 of this game until a nice la 4/7 at my library told me about it. I absolutely ad 5/12 this game. I fe 4/7 in love with it right away. I fe4/7 like upgrading to pro status just after a few days so I did.
