ru you came very close to taking the lead over the past few days..was on vac. in KC and did a microsoft update...laptop was running slow after and did a system restore...laptop never came out of it...all I had was a black screen and my cursor...took me a day and a half to get it up and running correctly again...made sat's puzzle by about an hour...phew :)

blue, I am upping my exercise a bit (slowly b/c I am no longer young) - walking to and from work and doing a bit of weights in the mornings, and sticking to very low fat, mostly vegetarian foods (I've tried low carb and it doesn't work for me; we are all different). This has worked for me in the past and seems to be working now.

I don't lose weight very fast so it requires a lot of patience but I know that if I don't pig out very often, and don't get lazy about the exercise, the pounds will gradually come off.

aa5/16!I cannot find my last 5 words. Th4/5 sucks! I ha 4/5 it when I get stuck! I'll le 4/5 you in a story of clues now. After I finished gr 4/7 school, hubby and I bought a house. I tried to plan ah5/14 of time so the move would be easy & simple,but it wasn't.We moved in June and the he 4/5 was awful! Our 2 friends were nice enough to le 4/5 to our rescue and help us move We had help from my college roomma4/5. My hubby's friend Ma4/5 also helped. The four of us made a good moving te4/5. We didn't need a moving van. We used 4 ca4/5 to ca4/5 our stuff from Yonkers Poughquag, a ha 6/24 of Beekman. I cr 6/24 all of my clothes in a milk cr5/12.Hubby had a he4/6 of things I wanted to get rid of,but he he4/6 onto his junk.For example,he insisted he take his da 4/5 set that he got in 10th gr 5/16.Told him that he never played with his da 5/12, they just sat collecting dust.But it was a battle I lost He was de 4/6 set on keeping them. I also wanted to get rid of my hubby's CD collection,but he insisted on bringing it. Not sure why,the only one he listens to is Ga 5/16 Brooks.Was also hoping to get rid of hubby's ga 4/6. Always thought it was too dangerous to keep in the house,but he still has it. I have a he4/6ache. I am not in a good st 5/10 of mind.Mu4/6 take a break and sh 4/6 down the computer and get off my tu 4/6 and go relax. Hopefully, my he4/6 will become ta4/5r if I lay down and rest for a bit.
