it is very large, diurnal (except for "spot" my eggar, moths are mostly nocturnal), and hovers like a hummingbird BUT it is drably colored and has a long, straw-like thing for sipping nectar

OOOOOOHHH, I am picking up my new 16 lb Hornbeck canoe on Saturday. Really more like a kayak as you sit on the bottom and use a double-ended paddle. 10 ft = $1295. Best deal! In Adirondacks. Peter Hornbeck is originally from Buffalo, went to ADK 30 or so yrs ago and decided to design and build ultralightweight boats.

Thank you all.I drove to Vermont yesterday to celebrate her birthday today and she died yesterday. She was 93.
