Oh probably. It's just that she's vegan so she uses them. But when she says "vegan butter" that just means a dairy-free margarine. You can get that in supermarkets. The other stuff would be found in most health food stores.

most margarines have some dairy in htem -- just ask stid, who is allergic to anything from a cow.

Nothing dumb about it, ru. It doesn't contain saturated fats, which real butter is. That's what clogs arteries... that's why people use that. I started using margarine instead of butter for that reason. We've had some heart disease in our family.
