I made a pie called Gateau Pithivier full of almonds rum etc. It came out of the over about 6 inches high I was so pleased. I carried it into the sitting roomn to show my husband and it slid off the tray, landed upside down - it didnt break at all but it finished up about an inch high!!I didnt tell anyone and they ate it!!

we've have many dogs through the years..when our lab was hit by a car and didn't make it the vet told us to get another right away (4 kids at home then).
