i uh. i don't roast turkey. I put it in the crockpot with mike's hard lemonade (or cranberry). Takes several hours, depending on how much turkey you have.

bruce says you need a thermometer, not a timer. put it in and when it's 150F take it out and let it rest (covered, loosely) for 15 - 30 minutes. The temp will keep coming up after you take it out of the oven, should top out at a bit over 160-165F.
