i think the secret to the parsley bread topping is to cover the dish after it has been browned! Then pour the topping on and grill it till browned so you get a wonderful crunchy coating, with delicious marinade/sauce underneath. It is just so flavoursome and easy!!
You can taste every single thing in the dish with every bite!
Break up the dish with Elizabethian carrots and beans if you like, but prefer the single bake with a nice Savignon Blanc Semillon to chase it down
