Ingredients
200 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
140 grams of butter
75 grams sugar
25 grams of coarse sugar
50 grams almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 egg , lightly beaten



Preparation

Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the butter into small pieces with 2 knives. Knead into a smooth ball. Roll the dough to a piece of 3.5 mm (1 / 3 inch) thick and place the cloth onto a greased baking sheet. Roll the dough to floured rolling pin with some back and roll it back to the rolling pin to fit the pan. Brush the top of the dough with beaten egg a little loose. Sprinkle the almonds with the coarse sugar. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Bake the rabble in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes until tender and golden brown. Cut the rabble immediately with a sharp knife into strips of 4 cm width Divide the strips into pieces of 8 cm, so that oblong cakes created.

Actually, you don't have to steam the cabbage leaves. If you cover your baking dish with foil, they will cook soft in the oven. Kind of like not boiling lasagna noodles.
