i had one of those when i was in high school. was at dance camp when it struck. i would get up to perform a routine, then sit down + pass out. they would nudge me conscious when it was time to perform again.
when my parents picked me up, they had to take me to the ER. i never knew about lymph nodes before that, but mine were so swollen i could see them sticking up like in my neck and shoulder.
