I am doing Nutrisystem right now. Not cheap, but everything is weighed, measured for you, except for your fruits and veggies. Very handy. I've lost 7 lbs. so far. I have found in menopause it comes off a LOT slower.

I will have another funeral to attend in the next couple of weeks - that of my ex-hub's uncle who died from Peritonitis caused by an op he had for bowel cancer. The 2nd post mortem (autopsy) found no cancer, just all the abdominal infection caused by the original op. Another death that need not have happened. I'm so sad.
