It's fun and very easy to learn. I go to a class that meets in a knotty pine basement. For ten bucks, you start with a group lesson to review the basic steps, then grab a partner and dance, switching partners each dance. Every few numbers, the instructors add a turn or lead. All kinds of people come to it. Not a date scene, just dancing.

cute quick story -- one of her best friends, georgia, was away over april vacation with her cburch group. and hadn't see secondo before school started up again, much to both of their disonsolation. Around nine on the first day, secondo was walking down to the library, and passed a classroom georgia was in. Georgia HOLLERED "Mr Dito! I need to leave class!!" and in TEARS ran out into the hallway and hugged the stuffing out of secondo in the hallway! They were so happy to see each other, and the whole class went "awwww" and the teacher didn't even mind. how cute!
