Ty Scrabbler. I just had a look at the vitDcouncil and it looks good for info. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, stage 2 so chances good. Had radiotherapy and await next whaatever. They said I was seriously short of vitamin D. I am a natural blonde fast turning grey with sensitive skin and always used strong sunblock and stayed in the shade. Now they tell me!!! Taking Adcal-D3 twice a day plus Alendronic Acid 70mg 1per week. 'After the horse has bolted etc' I also have Asthma and Rheumatoid Arthritis so for a while I felt life was so unfair then my Mum died in Jan. Life is life and it has to be lived. In the meantime I will look at other ordinary methods of topping up with vitamin D. We are not over supplied with sun here and today the weather is blowing a gale, heavy rain and blinking cold and the dog won't step out of the door so who are we to argue.

The first diagnosis was by my dog. He suddenly never left my side and constantly sniffed my breath. He's a Labrador and I had read something about them being used to detect cancer, diabetes etc so rang up for a screening and Hey Presto! Now here's a story of clues. My younger sister Mo6/21 was sent to re6/30 school when she was little. Her behavior was terrible & she had a very fo4/8 mouth. One time she almost set our ho 4/6 on fire with a lu 4/5. My sister never cleaned her room. Her bedroom always re4/8ed of cigarettes I was a ro6/27 & I ro4/7ed whenever I went into her room.My sister committed so many si4/4 I lost count of her transgressions.My fe4/7 has just in6/30ed me that I've been on the computer for a long time.
