I truly don't get people who don't want to deal with a CPAP. Yes, it sounds like they are cumbersome and difficult to get used to. But, um, they keep you from NOT BREATHING during the night. And give you good sleep. Like I said, I don't get it.

I agree, Molly. DH uses a CPAP mask and he sleeps so much better now (and I do too). Plus he feels better during the day too. The technology has really improved over the years; it used to be quite noisy but now the masks are smaller and rarely make noise

I am done with the grid so now I will lend a ha 4/6 with a story of clues.My al5/12 went off this morning at 6:30 and I got ready to go to work. When I got to work I had to deal with my Principal who is an ar 4/4. She wanted me to collect da4/4 on my students previous test scores She needed it for an upcoming audit. I told her I'd given her the information already. She said she lost it & that I had to get the information again.I told her that it takes alot of time to get that information and I had to get my students ready for the state test. She told me fi 4/8ly in her annoying ra4/5y voice that she didn't care.Then we got into a sp4/5. She's so unfa4/7 sometimes.When I de 6/24ed her office, I ra4/4ed and raved about her to my colleague. There is no place I would rather be th 4/5 af 4/7 from her.I couldn't da4/5 away from her office fast enough. I am so tired now I am about to collap 4/5! I'm going to pa4/5 on staying up for flip. I am going to give the computer to my hubby so he can play fa4/8ville and plant some vegetables on his fa8/65.Now that I've done my pa4/5 by sharing my story I'm signing out. Goodbye!

Nef, "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein, is the best published information that I have seen. There are three levels of Reiki, my neighbor and I have the first level.....in the book it gives signs and other things. All you really need is "intent". We were taught to say a prayer asking that the higher power use us as a vehicle to send healing to whomever and whereever. There are some surgeons in the northeast (they were on 60 Minutes years ago) and they had two ladies (one on each side of the patient on the little rolling stools holding their hands over the patient.....the doctors said that they found that their patients had a faster recovery and just did better than the ones who did not want it. That was way before I knew anything about Reiki.
