relatively speaking, he is doing ok. no spinal damage, but some blood + bruising on the brain. his left side is responding normally, but his right side is showing numbness -- but the Drs say thats somewhat normal, since thats where his IV is.
he has 20+ fractures throughout his face + skull.
his ICP (not sure what that is?) is around 10. apparently Drs dont really start worrying until its over 20?

yes sometimes they come in with no feet at all! I've seen some pretty bad stuff. Some people either just don't know better, don't care or had hard luck. Cute horse.
