Did I tell you hubby is going to have to have his right knee replaced (eventually)? He is bone on bone... cortisone has removed pain, but it will be inevitable.

I was in the club where he worked, and he was really busy, doing drinks, when this %Â£(@~ of a man started harrassing me for how I was dressed, since he figured out I was male. I remember Jesse turned around and said, "she's more of a man than you'll ever be, and more of a woman than you'll ever get." And I always remembered him for that. I thought it was lovely.

well, I guess you're entitled to not like it, but the word isn't an insult. it's an accurate, if joking, assessment. the pony is old, he's not getting used for anything, but he's pretty. I have a sentimental attachment to him. How is that not an ornament? if I didn't care about him, I'd either euthanize him or send him to auction. Instead I continue to indefinitely feed a horse that isn't capable of work. That's what a pasture ornament is, and what everyone I've ever heard use the phrase means by it.
