ah well - my days have been filled with sick friends - yesterday I spent all day taking a young woman to doctors in Chicago (she has limited vision and can't drive), today it is a friend with advanced cancer who is being seriously ill-served by the medical establishment (he's in a nursing home, needs treatment, but in order to get transportation to the treatment reservations should be made 21 days in advance)

and for those following the saga of my eggies purchase ,i told you last time they were smaller than they were shown on tv,now i have tried them with medium sized eggs and Just managed to fit them in the eggie unit and seal the top.i am about to boil them in a minute but have a feeling the tops are gonna pop off.so if you wish to try them,imho,they are best used with that liquid egg preperation they sell in cartons and not natural eggs,or for those who wisht to make a boiled egg entirely out of egg whites
