hi, al. we brought our cat, Duchess, home from the vet late yesterday. She tolerated the surgery well, and the chest x ray was clear, with no signs of metastasis to her lungs, which, according to the vet, is the first pace the tumorwould have spread to. She and the other cats are being confined to our bedroom at night so that we can monitor her. The biopsy results should be in by Monday at the latest. for now, her prognosis is guardedy optimistic.

just pasting some info, and this pertains to Canadians retiring to the U.S. .... You may be concerned that if you move to the US that you will lose your Canadian government pension benefits. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you qualify for benefits, you will receive them no matter where you live in the world by simply applying for them. In fact, the Canadian government can direct deposit your CPP/QPP or OAS benefits directly into your US checking account if desired. The exchange rates used are not the most competitive but the convenience is tough to beat.

it likely has to do with visas... staying anywhere indefinetly without coming out isn't usually allowed. Same for my sister in Mexico, she must cross the border every 6 months, even if all she does is drive across and back. I have friends in Europe that also must leave the EU on a regular basis so they take a trip and then just go back in - visa issues

I entered Babblela4/5 earlier today.I've had my no 4/4 in the grid for several hours. Ca4/5 finish grid so I may as well give up and do a story of clues for you guys to so 4/4 through. I have to get a daily do4/5 of Babble every day. I ra4/5 home from work just so I can start babbling the se 6/24 I walk in the door.I've babbled in all kinds of places; in my co5/14, at work or at a ca 4/8. I ad4/5 the Babble cr 4/9 here who are so friendly.I love they way babblers celebrate other's successes when someone is do4/5 with the grid. If I ever need clues, I le4/4 on my friends who will do 4/5 on me and give me all the clues in the world. Although we've never met fa4/8 to fa 4/8, I feel like I know some of the babblers here very well. I have also le5/10 so much from the conversations here in the chat log. My husband seems to be hell be 4/6 on playing Farmville. His Farmville addiction bothere me to the co 4/5 of my being! He do 4/5 not care if I am do 4/5 with grid or not. Hubby just expects me to give him the computer. If I don't, he goes on a Babble ra 4/4 & starts yelling in a nasty to4/4.I am going to give him computer. I fe 4/7 what he will do if I don't.
