hi, all. I have a wonderful update on our ten year old cat, Duchess. She went to the vet yesterday for a check up folllowing her surgery last Monday for a mammary tumor. She completed her pain medication prescription on Friday, and does not seem to need more of it. She is doing very well, according to the vet, who gave her a laser treatment to help speed her healing. She is beginning to jump up on furniture, which we discourage when we catch her, so that she won't hurt herself. She was actually running across the bedroom at one point tonight.
