Rose, I always read my hometown newspaper before I go to bed....there was a family near me that were so awful toward me.....Yesterday I saw where one of the girls daughter had passed away.....tonight I saw where one of her brothers had passed away. You know, Rose, it wasn't pleasing to me now....I actually feel sorry for her. I think I must be giving up "old hurts". I'm still "dealing" with some others....hopefully, I will let them go too. Please send some energy (prayer).

Ruby I had a breakdown years ago after that sort of treatment. I finally saw a psychotherapist that taiught me to think 'this isnt My problem it is HIS prblem' I couldnt do it all the time but it did help

I now work - by coincidence - for a local charity for abused families. I have learnt a lot about abuse and - for a joke said to my sister - I didnt realise I was 'abused' she said dint you we all did which was quite a shock but I feel sad for my husband and whgy he felt he had to treat me that way
