we had an old veteran fellow here in our little town who bought a food trailer and opened a Chicago-style hotdog stand in his side yard, down next to the local canal and lock. He didn't keep ketchup there for the patrons, and cast big scorn upon those who were naive enough to ask for it. Darn good hotdogs, though - just about everything else imaginable available as condiments. Sadly, old Vic has passed on now.
