Probably a kangaroo! Just once. Usually the animals are pretty well hidden during the day. It's just the birds, the flora and waterfalls!

Yes. We go whale watching pretty much every week in the winter and see southern humpbacks. The company invented a season ticket for us! Not especially large - though some males grow quite big. In the local wiildlife sanctuary you can cuddle koalas and feed kangaroos!
